For Kaiser Permanente’s activation at Yerba Buena Gardens during Super Bowl, Master of Shapes designed and built a 40’ x 40’ glass-structured environment from the ground up, transforming it into a Bay Area–inspired world. Fans warmed up in a skeletal-tracking stretch game using an Orbbec camera to answer trivia, raced through a real-time bike game with speed-triggered wind, and balanced through a subway-surf–style vibrating board. The journey ended in a guided meditation recovery zone with custom bay area themed meditations, bringing it back to how Kaiser supports performance and recovery in everyday athletes.
